Project proposals:

Improving the competitiviness of micro-enterprises

• Time period for handing in the project proposals: 27th of July 2016, 12.00 - 27th of January 2017, 12.00
• Eligible micro-enterprises: with an annual average of less than 10 employers, and an annual net turnover of maximum 2 million EUR
• Minumum amount of the financial support: 25.000 Euro. 10% of the grant is the beneficiary's own contribution
• Maximum amount of the financial support: 200.000 euro
• Place of execution: urban environment

Program for supporting the young in developing theirs skills related to entrepreneurship and facilitating their access to non-refundable financing

• Budget: 17.000.000 Lej
• Special conditions:
  • new enterprises can also access this kind of financial support
  • the enterprise shall be registerred for less than 2 years
• Support types:
  • purchasing computers (portable units, printers, licence to operating system)‏
  • creating web pages
  • purchasing barcode scanners
  • purchasing elecronic scales with or without labeling
  • purchasing electronic cash registers
  • purchasing machines, instruments, tehnological equipment

Program for supporting product sales and the development and innovation of services

• Budget: 21.049.000 Lej
• Special conditions:
  • Commerce with products and services
  • Registered at least for 2 years, with authorized CAEN code
  • Have not received financial support within this program in the last 3 years
• Support types:
  • purchasing computers (portable units, printers, licence to operating system)‏
  • creating web pages
  • purchasing barcode scanners
  • purchasing elecronic scales with or without labeling
  • purchasing electronic cash registers
  • purchasing machines, instruments, tehnological equipment

Program for facilitating the foundation and development of micro-enterprises by debutant entrepreneurs

• Budget: 22.700.000 Lej
• Objectives:
  • Support newly founded micro-enterprises
  • Facilitate the foundation of new micro-enterprises among debutants
  • Offer debutants the possibility to access non-refundable grants
• NOTICE: newly founded micro-enterprises are called SRL-D, where D means Debutant, eg.: SC………Srl-D. Debutants are those who have not had any enterprise before.
  • Must be registered at the local trade registry
  • Registration is free of charge
  • New micro-enterprises must announce the local representative of SMEs via e-mail within 10 working days

National, multi-annual artisanry program

• Budget: 60.890.000 Lej
• Special conditions:
  • micro-enterprises and SMEs with at least 2 years of activity at the time of filling in the online business plan
  • 30% of the annual profit must be reinvested for 3 years
  • have at least 2 employers with an 8-hour work program
• Support types:
  • purchasing computers (portable units, printers, licence to operating system)‏
  • purchasing furniture, office equipment, security systems
  • creating web pages
  • purchasing barcode scanners and elecronic scales
  • purchasing offices and locations for production
  • participation in professional training programs, courses
  • purchasing machines, instruments, tehnological equipment
  • Financial support: 90% (without VAT), but not more than 250.000 Ron/beneficiary.

National, multi-annual program for the foundation and development of rural SMEs

• Budget: 25.900.000 Lej
• Special conditions:
  • SMEs, associations and vidéken levő kis és középvállalkozások, társaságok, cooperatives in rural environment
  • registered for at least 5 years prior to the time of filling in the online business plan
• Support types:
  • purchasing computers (portable units, printers, licence to operating system)‏
  • purchasing furniture, office equipment, security systems
  • creating web pages
  • purchasing barcode scanners and elecronic scales
  • purchasing offices and locations for production
  • participation in professional training programs, courses
  • purchasing machines, instruments, tehnological equipment
  • Financial support: 90% (without VAT), but not more than 125.000 Ron/beneficiary.
